Do Not Touch is an interactive video installation composed by an iron hot cube placed in the floor and an ice cube attached to the ceiling. The ice cube melts, as soon as the drops hit the hot surface of iron cube they evaporate and at the same time trigger a video projected in the surface.
The video is a collection of clips taken from a camera simulating the first person view, they rappresent scenes of daily life.
A frozen time from which life drops detach from ice. Fast moments follow in very close rate, overlapping, escaping and evaporating in the same time they happen, nevertheless, leaving traces of the passage.
The oxidation of time.
